How do I know my ISOFIX positions?

Your car manual lists the approved ISOFIX positions. For a Cybex base, compatibility is in that base's vehicle list — send us the vehicle model and base reference, we check.

Does the stroller arrive pre-assembled?

Frames arrive disassembled with a short guide. First assembly takes 5–10 minutes without tools.

Do I get an invoice with VAT?

Yes. The order confirmation, with VAT share, serves as an invoice and is sent by email.

What if the parcel is damaged in transit?

Report damage within 48 hours by email with photos of the box and the item — we handle the follow-up.
