It is an infant carrier homologated under the European standards R129/i-Size or R44/04 depending on the version. This variant carries the label “Go Cloud G I Size” and differs from the rest of the range in colour, cover fabric or finish details. Method
Standard tracked shipping via Swiss Post or a recognised courier. Delivery 1–3 business days after preparation, 2–5 business days to Liechtenstein.
Cost
Standard shipping is included in the price — no hidden surcharges.
Area
We ship across Switzerland. For bulky items (strollers, high chairs) an additional handover can be arranged.
After dispatch
You receive the tracking by email. If nobody is home, the courier leaves a notice.
Deadline
14 calendar days from the day you receive the parcel. Notifying us by email within this period is enough.
Condition
Items must be sealed or in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all accessories. Car seats must not have been installed in a vehicle.
Refund
After checking the condition, we refund the price to the original payment method within 14 days.
Not returnable
For hygiene reasons, changing pads, feeding inserts and personalised accessories are not returnable.
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT.
Methods
After activation we accept common cards (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT and manual bank transfer. Details appear at checkout once the bank has approved the setup.
Security
Payments are handled by recognised providers licensed in Switzerland. We do not store card data on our servers.
Invoice
The order confirmation with lines, VAT share and total serves as an invoice and is sent by email.
