Standard tracked shipping via Swiss Post or a recognised courier. Delivery 1–3 business days after preparation, 2–5 business days to Liechtenstein.

Area

We ship across Switzerland. For bulky items (strollers, high chairs) an additional handover can be arranged.

After dispatch

You receive the tracking by email. If nobody is home, the courier leaves a notice.

Deadline

14 calendar days from the day you receive the parcel. Notifying us by email within this period is enough.

Condition

Items must be sealed or in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all accessories. Car seats must not have been installed in a vehicle.

Refund

After checking the condition, we refund the price to the original payment method within 14 days.

Not returnable

For hygiene reasons, changing pads, feeding inserts and personalised accessories are not returnable.

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT.
